Sick New World Makes A Huge Return in 2026

The rumors are true, Sick New World is returning and coming back bigger and better than before by not only announcing its 2026 lineup for its usual spot in Las Vegas, NV, but also announcing the event’s debut in Fort Worth, TX! After having to cancel 2025’s edition of the fest due to “unforeseen circumstances”, It’s great to hear this fest is making a comeback! Sick New World Las Vegas date will first take place on April 25, 2026 at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds, followed by the debut show in Fort Worth, TX, at the Texas Motor Speedway on Oct. 24, 2026.
System of a Down will be headlining both dates, accompanied by Korn and Bring Me the Horizon in Vegas, and Deftones and Slayer (celebrating 40 years of Reign in Blood) in Texas. With a varying lineup between the two shows, both dates will feature performances by Ministry, AFI, Evanscence, Marilyn Manson, Knocked Loose, Mastodon, Underoath, Wage War, She Wants Revenge, and more.
Not only is this a big year for Sick New World, but American thrash metal band Slayer is celebrating 40 years of their third studio album, Reign In Blood! They are treating us all by playing the album in full at the Fort Worth date!
Pre-sales for Fort Worth begin on Thursday, Oct. 23, at 10 a.m. PT, and pre-sales for Las Vegas start on Friday, Oct. 24, at 10 a.m. CT. Tickets and more information for each date will be available on the festival’s website here.
